Novel Materials and Devices Laboratory is currently looking for dedicated Ph.D. students to work on beyond-Moore computing devices. The research focus will be on design, fabrication and characterization of novel cross-bar memristor arrays for neuromorphic computing. Group members will drive cutting-edge interdisciplinary research on novel computing hardware field, and will have the opportunity to publish in high impact journals and attend renowned international conferences.
