Throughout the month of August, Trump's USCIS put out rule changes and restrictions including age limits, H-1B hurdles, visa time limits, higher fees on all migrants, on top of filters that assess ideology & character, and neighbourhood checks on alien residents.
Trump's Department of State and that of Justice are collaborating to scrutinise all 55 million visa-holders, while his Department of Housing is having landlords, section 8 and public living space audited to identify citizenship status and remove invalid aliens.
Near the end of August, the DOJ requested people report H-1B visa injustice, scams and abuse here. With the creation of a USCIS police, working alongside ICE and other agencies, Trump's mass deportation effort has the potential to reach unseen levels.

An Appeal To Pragmatism
Indian news warns Trump has put ‘tens of millions of lives at risk’. He is ‘erasing India from the U.S.’
Reminder: Americans can displace H-1B bias by going to https://www.jobs.now/, risking jobs immigrants tried to steal. Even if you do not get the position, H-1Bs are pushed down the list by your application. Additionally, the DHS and DOJ are requesting your reports of hiring scams and discrimination against Americans.

There are 3.7 million immigrants in pending court cases waiting for adjudication; DHS, DOJ easing judge requirements will help remove this, thereby boosting deportation
‘As of July, there were nearly 3.8 million pending immigration cases [down from 4.1 million in January]. Temporarily using military lawyers as immigration judges could increase the rate of processing.’

According to new data from ICE that was released under a recent FOIA request, the Trump administration deported a total of 145,419 illegal immigrants from January 20th until July 31st
The data in question is ICE-alone from its detainment centers. This does not include removals performed by other agencies, or self-deportations done without a formal request, or immediate departures without detainment processing. Interior removal is higher than before when adding all factors.

This does not include removals performed by other agencies
Trump's admin has deported migrants using other agencies on numerous occasions, admitted as recently as last week. ICE is not the only one we have.
