Another official DHS rule proposal, this one looking to decrease or, if necessary, eliminate OPT, a program which allows foreign students to be H-1Bs. This is in addition to the pending H-1B wage floor filter and a planned visa time-limit.

An Appeal To Pragmatism
there seems to be a discrepancy between Pres. Trump on-screen and what Trump's administration does in practice
Forbes report today observes what I said yesterday: the rules proposed and passed do not match what Trump says publicly.

‘20, 30 years we have offshored certain manufacturing jobs. The president's point is that we can't snap our fingers and learn how to build overnight. The vision is, we bring in skilled overseas workers, have them train Americans, then return home.’
Bessent explains that the U.S. has been lacking in industry for decades, which is true, and says the President does not like large immigration, but temporary migration to fill the gap. This is an agreeable position, the part where they go home, but they'd need to ban Indians & Chinese from this.

the U.S. has been lacking in industry for decades
Bessent is entirely correct, the U.S. has virtually wiped out its self-manufacturing. To bring this back would take at least 6-7 years of training. Every visa category has to go down, and deportations have to go up, to make room for such a development.

Franz is correct, President Trump in the interview says immigrants cannot come in big numbers or replace Americans, he does accept a small entry and temp workers.
But he and the admin are not treating this subject carefully enough, or targetting it harshly enough yet, which causes everyone to have justified upset reactions. The total must come way, way down as Vance said.

This negative leeching is done in bad faith, a bitter attempt to poach the disappointed and confused rather than inform or uplift. Despite the questionable public rhetoric, which the admin really should be careful with, current and coming changes all lead toward continued immigration restriction.
This is not to mention our Cultural and Civil wins, e.g. in the Universities and Museums. Continuing this trend, including a hopeful end of birthright citizenship by SCOTUS, next wave of ICE hires, USCIS defenders is exactly what is necessary. HUD, IRS, HHS audits to remove migrants from housing and benefits is still ongoing on top of that.

Taking a look at President Trump's policies against total immigration: work application is down 80% while work approval is down 50%, asylum denial has soared to a record high while the refugee cap is cut by 93%. Illegal entry is 0; deportation highest ever. ‘Automatic work authorization’ is ended, public charge visa rejection has returned.
Anticipated changes listed: Remittance Tax January 1st; DNA and biometric database of all legal, illegal foreigners January 2nd; USCIS gaining an armed-division to arrest legal aliens, became rule Oct. 6, now WIP; ‘neighborhood checks’ restarted after a 30yr pause, local investigations of legals; OPT close or narrowing, H-1B floor raising; Green Card discrimination by nation-origin.

‘Why aren't we letting people in from Europe? Nobody wants to say it.’

Considering the upcoming creation of a DNA, fingerprint, selfie, Iris and ID base to record all migrants, the development of an ICE/DHS state surveillance system, reinstatement of ‘neighborhood checks’, hiked fees and discrimination by status, mandated tests of immigrant fitness, routine social media review, no more automatic reapproval of work status, the admin is making a system which could simultaneously end replacement and facilitate remigration. This is foundation.

‘70% of H-1B visa holders come from India. Another 10-15% from China. 80% of H-1B approvals are for entry, junior level jobs.’

DHS, DOL investigation into H-1B abuse has so far found hundreds of cases of low paid foreigners, fake addresses, unlisted names.
Consequences ‘so far’ include paying back the wages, limited access to application. WH added a promise to ‘reduce the abuse’ until it is gone. This is the first campaign in 35 years of H-1B existing to reduce them, besides the attempt by first term Trump.

It's interesting that a bunch of people who voted for Kamala, a gay Mexican, and paid ‘blackpillers’ are all saying the same line.
‘I propose an alliance with the people who are behind tranny kids, mass immigration, White guilt and brown victory so we can beat ZOG.’ So true, Tom Hennessy!
