Temporary Status, legal status, has been revoked or is expiring from over 1 million migrants. Many of these migrants become ‘illegal’ between now and Jan, Feb 2026.

As of November 13 there are 1,154 active 287(g) agreements between police & ICE. These are legal contracts allowing police to perform immigrant enforcement. There were only 135 when we began in January.

Several Reps, Senators voicing support for a legal immigration suspension or restriction. If the right can freak out less and focus more on positive pressure, we can change the actual law with growing political capital.

The reason we read DHS, USCIS news is to show actual policies going into place; a lot is ‘happening’ on the technical side even if you don't see it right now. Doesn't mean you can't ask for more, but it does mean you should not say nothing is happening.

HUD homeless clean up is official. The plan involves a cooperative effort between law enforcement, churches, and medical clinics to treat the homeless, detain illegals, arrest drug abusers and end Diversity-programs.

DHS memo reviewed by NYT details plans for the Trump admin to begin nation-based discrimination, restricting legal immigrants, asylees, parolees and others based on factors considered ‘negative’ such as being from a country that is travel banned. The exclusion may also apply to origins that are notorious for fraud, poor vetting, and recalcitrance.

19 countries are currently travel banned, 36 are warned. They're calling this a major war against legal migration, unseen since 1924. The Trump admin should be encouraged to expand their travel ban list significantly.

Between 1862 to 1903 various immigration restriction rules were passed to bar out the undesirable from America. In order this list included: Chinese, Convict, Prostitute, Loon, Idiot, Financial Burden risk (a public charge), Contracted workers, Paupers, the Diseased, the Polygamous, Migrant that is assisted or funded by someone else, Epileptic, Insane, Beggar, Anarchist or Socialist or an Activist, Pimps and Smugglers, Previously Deported.

Despite a robust immigration restriction system a hundred some years prior to today, enforcement was lacking. This is exactly why, whatever policies the Trump administration does implement, we need people ready to enforce them sincerely:

DHS touts the first decline in foreign born population and an historic rise in migrant enforcement, with a promise to undo the ‘decades of failed policy’ flooding America. ‘The 1st wave of new agents are beginning to deploy’ to sustain mass deportations & reverse ‘half a century of mass migration’.

Siding with a politician whose record bends with the wind and whose bills are flair over the President whose admin achieves the results is terrible instincts. Alt-right will talk about ‘action instead of words’, then follow people who are all words with no action. 

Reps change their tone with the trend, that is expected. But MTG, like Massie, is a speed bump. She complained about deportations being too harsh, wished Pelosi well, tried to stall the Big Beautiful Bill, gets stuck up on political theater with the J.E. files. MTG was dropped for her disloyalty, not over H-1B. Hence Trump holds positive endorsements of loyal anti-H-1B reps such as Eric Schmitt.
