DHS public comment section is now open for the proposal to penalize foreigners who burden Americans, such as by being poor in health or wealth, or trying to use benefits. U.S. citizens should comment in support of this as it would help restrict the legitimacy and admission of low-value immigrants.

Our government is generally required to publicly post rules it intends to implement and leave a period for citizens to submit ‘comments’ before it goes into full effect. Putting our comments in place on these good rules would allow us to drown out the negative comments like pic attached.

Treasury is advancing the process to cut ineligible noncitizens such as Illegals and refugees, asylees, H-1Bs off from access to various income benefits promised to U.S citizens. This will be enforced by the IRS.

Effective Dec. 26, 2025, Border Patrol, etc. will collect facial biometrics and other data from all noncitizens upon entry and exit at airports, land ports, seaports, and any point of departure. Data can be kept up to 75 yrs. All legal migrants, visitors, temp foreigners and illegals will be subject to this program.

The entry/exit biometric data program is to ensure every migrant whether legal, illegal, passing, leaving, staying can be monitored regularly and removed if/when necessary.
