USCIS is shortening the max validity period of most migrant statuses; that is to include refugees, H-1Bs, asylees, TPS, spouses, and other legal migration types which have an extension option. The period is cut shorter, meaning aliens will have to renew and be reviewed by USCIS more frequently.

Rep. Chip Roy shares an article calling for President Trump to institute a travel ban on Mexico, India and China as the top worst contributors to migration and replacement.
Given their steep ties into our economy it may be unfeasible to unilaterally and totally ban all movement between us and them, but pushing to reduce them now means pursuing a ban on their family migration, visa access and ability to get green cards.

Migrants residing in the U.S. as refugees or as asylees, and those awaiting adjudication for status adjustment, deportation or relief will have their work permit period cut from 60 months to 18 months while TPS, parole and migrant spouses of paroled or business aliens will face a limit of 1 year or the end of their protections, ‘whichever is shorter’.

Heeding Trump's pressure the Texas GOP has secured a redder congressional map; whatever discontent we have with the GOP itself, of which there is plenty, the expansion of Republican representation equals a recession in Democrat presence.
That means a clearer pathway for our guys to get in and more space for our laws to pass, even if it takes longer than desired.

DHS Kristi Noem says Trump is evaluating countries to see which should be banned from travel, making them subject to overall reverse migration. Trump wants to include any country that ‘does not have a stable government and cannot sustain itself.’ She adds that this expansion is only the start.

More from President Trump's new National Security Strategy: ‘The growing influence of patriotic European parties indeed gives cause for great optimism. Our goal should be to help Europe correct its trajectory.
America is deeply attached to Europe—and, of course, to Britain and Ireland.’
“We want Europe to remain European”.

SCOTUS has agreed to hear Trump's case to end birthright citizenship, meaning they will rule on it sometime next year. The EO would, if upheld, restrict birthright from all foreigners, legal and illegal, only extending birth legitimacy to citizens and permanent residents who are of a fixed legal status.

USCIS is opening an Immigrant Vetting Center soon, a ‘special unit that will help screen, filter, monitor and confront’ legal migrants who may be undesirable, for instance if they are fraudsters or activists.
This Vetting Center will regularly review new and already-existing or pending aliens.

ICE-arrests are averaging over 1,100 a day. This does not include arrests by Border Patrol, which has expanded operations away from the border, into the interior under Trump. Nor does it include all the 287(g) participating police agencies, which went from 130 in January to 1,200 today.
