Various efforts are moving forward this year to protect U.S. elections and uncover fraud in the 2020 election results, which had overinflated Democrat performance in dozens of states. Key goals include getting the SAVE Act or MEGA Act passed, securing prosecution over 2020 ballot/vote interference, excluding noncitizens from the American census and reportioning districts.

Next week over 350k Haitians will have their legal status expire, on February 3rd. ICE is expected to facilitate their removal from the country.

The most consequential Supreme Court decision in several decades is likely to happen this year, on Trump's effort to end Birthright Citizenship. President Trump has the support of two dozen states, several state representatives, senators, law firms and lobbies to make this happen. Every official in Congress must be urged to agree and advocate for Birthright Citizenship to end.

In 2025 President Trump's DOJ issued a rule change which allowed Military Lawyers to easier serve as immigration judges; data shows that “Military lawyers, also known as JAGs, issued deportation orders in 78% of cases throughout November. In December, 95% of cases heard by a JAG judge ended in departure or removal orders.”

Most deportation proceedings require an immigration court to finish the process of processing or deporting an alien, hence the growing state of long-term migrant detention. President Trump having access to serious, cooperative law officials enables him to carry out serious, conclusive actions.

First term, 85% of Trump's appointed judges were White and 76% were men. So far, in this second term, 88% have been White and 77% are men.


The higher the court, the more likely it is to side with President Trump; Trump-appointed judges overwhelmingly support Trump-led actions. President Trump is correcting the complexion of America's judicial system to be Whiter, younger, noticeably right-leaning, leaving us a legacy of helpful hands in the law which we can use for future legal decisions, such as an expanded remigration effort. We will need plenty of lawyers, advocates and lobbies to take advantage of the opportunity President Trump is opening.

This entire case is fuel for the subversive and the stupid, with no benefit to the lives of normal people.

Like with Venezuela, President Trump seeks to use Donroe Diplomacy or Imperial intervention to facilitate remigration out of America. This effort plus mass deportation and legal status revocation is the first attempt at 'demographic correction' we have seen from a world leader.

Thanks to local police cooperation with ICE, 650 illegals were arrested throughout West Virginia during a couple weeks of January. State, city and county agreements with ICE secures deportation efficiency and expands our control of the country.
