● The total harmonic distortion (THD) is a measurement of the harmonic distortion present in a signal and is defined as the ratio of the sum of the powers of all harmonic components to the power of the fundamental frequency. Distortion factor, a closely related term, is sometimes used as a synonym.

● In audio systems, lower distortion means the components in a loudspeaker, amplifier or microphone or other equipment produce a more accurate reproduction of an audio recording.

● استفاده از مدار محافظ افزایش ولتاژ لحظه ای در ورودی

● یک رگولاتور 5 ولت از نوع

با جریان مورد نظر در خروجی قرار دهید.

● از یک مبدل سوئیچینگ
DC to DC
برای تغذیه ورودی رگولاتور استفاده نمایید و خروجی آن را حداقل مقدار ممکن برای عملکرد صحیح رگولاتور قرار دهید.

For power semiconductor devices (such as BJT, MOSFET, thyristor or IGBT), the safe operating area (SOA) is defined as the voltage and current conditions over which the device can be expected to operate without self-damage.

SOA is usually presented in transistor datasheets as a graph with VCE (collector-emitter voltage) and ICE (collector-emitter current).
The SOA specification combines the various limitations of the device — maximum voltage, current, power, junction temperature, secondary breakdown (bipolar junction transistors only) — into one curve, allowing simplified design of protection circuitry.

🔹 Wave soldering

Wave soldering is a bulk soldering process used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards.
The circuit board is passed over a pan of molten solder in which a pump produces an upwelling of solder that looks like a standing wave. As the circuit board makes contact with this wave, the components become soldered to the board.
Wave soldering is used for both through-hole printed circuit assemblies, and surface mount.
