Our weekly chart looking extremely bearish right now as bitcoin has broken beneath our weekly support level (Purple) at 8050$ , triggering another sell signal. As shown in the chart and shared in our "redball/yellowball" algo , a break below 8550$ likely triggered this sell-off. Right now, anticipated support is at 7200$ , however, bitcoin has an enormous amount of sell pressure right now and we do not think it is likely to hold if we revisit there given the current circumstances. We still do not recommend catching this knife as the trend has become extremely unfavorable. I have indicated our technical + fundamental support if we are to lose 7200$. This price reflects technical analysis support and more importantly, mining costs once the halving kicks in ( May 2020).

7300/7400 levels; a clear break from this likely result in a stronger continuation upwards. Bitcoin has also managed to close last 4hr candle above previous resistance around 7100.
