Bitcoin seems to be finding some support at the bottom trendline of this parallel channel after seeing a strong selloff yesterday, We believe a bounce here is possible, however, we do have immediate resistance at the 7460$ level. Once/if this overhead resistance is broken, it will give us a confirmation for a bullish continuation up. On the other hand, a bearish scenario would develop if we break beneath this bottom trendline, this would likely cause some bitcoin to see some decent downside for the next couple of days, back to our demand zone (as shown in the chart).

We have recovered well since, however, we can suspect this old trendline (which was previously acting as support) to act as resistance now. As stated in the last post, a bullish confirmation would only be triggered if we recover well above the 7460$ region.Until then, we don't expect much upside in the forecast.

Volume has been dropping on Binance quite rapidly; as shown in the chart, total trading volume is down approximately 50% over the last week!
