Bitcoin has fallen beneath support @7400$ resulting in a quick drop to test the bottom of this symmetrical triangle(support) we have detected on the 4hr time frame. A bounce from here would be bullish, indicating that this formation is still active(bullish formation); note that a break beneath this trend line would likely result in a drop to the 7000$-7100$ region. While short term support is standing around 7250$, Immediate resistance would be around 7650$(upper trendline of the formation).For now, we would recommend waiting for a clear break out of this formation to take a position. Altcoins have surprisingly also been affected by this move down as fear has entered the market, making many traders liquidate their alts . Once bitcoin stabilizes we can expect alt coins to continue making gains .
