Bitcoin seeing a breakdown in the last couple hours, currently trading around the 7000$ marker. This corrective wave was anticipated in the last chart we posted, those who sold/shorted in our resistance zone would be in some good profits now. We do not expect a reversal given the current situation and actually believe that bitcoin can continue to fall further, to our supply zone. We do not recommend going long on bitcoin yet as there are no signs of a reversal yet.

Bitcoin price has been following our anticipated trajectory shown in the previous updates.Bitcoin has now re-entered our short term supply zone between 6500$-6700$. This is seemingly a key level for the bulls to hold for the short term. A strong bounce from this region back above 7k would confirm this support as a potential bottom, however, for the time being, we cant anticipate a reversal here without any evidence. A breakdown beneath this supply zone would definitely lead to an extended correction to test our 0.236 Fibonacci support shown in the chart around 5700$-5800$; so be ready for this. Notably, altcoins have taken an even bigger hit over the last few days as Ethereum broke beneath support at 130$ sending all large-cap altcoins tumbling down with it. Once Bitcoin has stabilized, we believe the altcoin market can recover and come back stronger.

Bitcoin seeing a small bounce on lower time frames, closing above 6500$ on our 1hr chart twice despite seeing a breakdown to 6400$ earlier, as always use candle closing as confirmation before taking on any positions (1hr closing beneath/above minimum). Notably, a lot of volumes has also entered recently, suggesting that this recent move down was a bear trap/liquidity hunt. For now, bitcoin is still trading within this supply zone; Please refer to the last update.
