bitcoin seeing a great bounce from our 0.5 fib support at 8500$~, we are now testing some minor resistance on the 4hr chart around 8700$; a 4hr close above 8700$ would be significantly bullish for the short term, indicating a potential retest of our 200MA (daily) around 9000$-9100$.On the other hand, if the next 4hr candle closes beneath 8490$, we are likely to correct further to the 8k region. take note, this last drop looks like a bear trap on shorter time frames; we can anticipate price to keep rising. Longer time frames still remain bullish.

Bitcoin seeing an anticipated bounce back to our 8500$-8600$ resistance zone after nearly testing 8200$ a few hours ago. A daily close above 8500$ would strongly suggest some continued upside towards our 200MA again (9000$~).On the other hand, while our daily candle remains beneath 8500$, the likelihood of an extended correction towards 8k is increased. In general, we are still quite bullish for the mid/long term on bitcoin and see this as a natural correction.

out of popular demand , heres a quick update on ETH/BTC...

we have been seeing eth/btc ranging between our short term support and resistance (S0.0188₿-R0.019500₿) over the last week . While we trade in between this zone , we ideally arent looking to take a position yet ; right now we are waiting for a daily close above 0.02₿ to start buying/going long on this pair. A daily close above this level would confirm the breakout of our trendline resistance and also have us trading above the 200(MA) , which is naturally very bullish . To conclude , a close above 0.02₿ would recommend a strong buy and the potential begginning of a new bullrun , until then we dont recommend trading this pair.

Bitcoin managing to close yesterday's daily candle above 8500$, which led to an immediate continuation (as anticipated); currently trading around 8750$. Our key Fibonacci level at 8500$ should once again act as strong support, we can expect to trade between 8500$(fib support) and acting resistance around 9000$(200MA) for the short-term. As shown in the chart and mentioned many times in previous updates, A daily close above our 200MA(green line) would confirm that bitcoin has indeed re-entered in a strong bullish trend. While Bitcoin has been climbing, the top 10 ALTS have been following quite well, while lower caps have suffered some losses over the last 7 days; as always, while bitcoin is rising we recommend holding mostly BTC as it is likely to outperform other crypto assets.

Litecoin/btc update:
Litecoin starting to gain some momentum again as trading volume has been increasing over the last week, leading to some increased price action. We are now approaching our main resistance at the 200MA (6900sats); similar to bitcoin, we believe a closing above the 7000 sat region would definitely be a bullish signal, indicating the start of another bull run. Our 6400-6200 sat region remains as strong support, we can expect this level to hold well as there are many coinciding supports (fib/ma's/tl). Overall, we are quite bullish on this pair and will definitely be going long if our conditions are met. We will update this fair frequently over the next few days.
