Bitcoin has broken beneath 9700$ support, which immediately may come across as bearish, however, we still haven't closed our daily candle beneath this; a closing beneath 9700$ is required to confirm an extended correction to our 200ma region(9000$), as stated in the last updates. This would still be considered a normal correction during a bull market, as we have seen bitcoin replicate many times in the past runs. As a result of this breakdown over the last few days, ethereum has also seen some significant downside, immediately triggering a strong sell-off for the majority of altcoins, which were extremely overbought at the time; this gives us a lot of opportunities to potentially buy some altcoins in a dip. In general and as mentioned above, our bias for the midterm still remains quite bullish. Lets see how this daily candle closes (note: daily candle closes at 00:00UTC, we will provide another update on the status then).

Ethereum seeing a nice bounce earlier from its low around 240$, currently trading around 258$-260$. Our daily chart is showing bulls responding aggressively at 240$, while our weekly chart is looking increasingly bullish, maybe preparing to print another bullish engulfing candle(similar candle to last weeks). Our position still remains net long on Ethereum despite the recent downfall on shorter time frames. We can expect the 250$-240$ region to stand as support in the short term while the 280$-300$ is immediate resistance. Structural support remains @220$, this is the key level for Ethereum to trade above to remain bullish.

Bitcoin seems to have recovered well after testing our strong support zone at 9300$, however, now in a decision period. We are testing some overhead resistance at the 9700$-9900$ region and believe that bitcoin must clear this zone before making any move up; leading us to stick to our last update, anticipating a further correction to test the 200MA until this condition is met. While shorter time frames may be neutral or bearish, our weekly chart is clearly still in a bull market, showing significant support around the 9000$ region as well; while securing profits or hedging is fine, we recommend being net long while we remain over 8800$ - 9000$.

Notes : While bitcoin volatility is extremely high right now, we recommend being mostly in bitcoin or usdt(hedge) ; We recommend holding open altcoin positions, and as always, if we see a good opportunity we will share.
