Bitcoin seeing a good bounce from 4400$ after falling beneath this long term trendline we have been monitoring earlier, currently trading around 5200$-5300$. We believe have developed some resistance at our 200MA (daily) around 5550$; as mentioned in the previous post, this is a key level to reclaim on the weekly chart (close). Be patient and wait for this condition to be met before taking a position, even if it means paying a premium.BTC has been seeing a very strong correlation with traditional markets lately, particularly the S&P500; if we see a recovery from major US indices, bitcoin will surely follow. Right now, we still recommend holding cash and waiting for a strong buy confirmation before re-entering bitcoin as there is still a lot of uncertainty in the global markets...Our goal isn't to find bottoms, instead, we look for opportunities to enter bitcoin when it is profitable to hold.
