-Bitcoin has gone flat over the last few days along with most altcoins. While volatility levels are this low, naturally we can anticipate that another large move is approaching shortly; currently, we do not recommend opening any new altcoin positions due to this. As shown in the chart, acting support stands @7200$-7400$ zone while immediate resistance still hovers around 8000$. Our midterm bull trend still remains untacked, leading us to naturally remain net-long on longer time frames; while a correction to our support range is possible, this would be considered a healthy pullback and present a buying opportunity.

- Bitcoin has broken above 8k and has exceeded our expectations; This has resulted in a slight change in technicals in regards to our Fibonacci levels. As shown in the chart, our Fibonacci retracement is suggesting that new resistance is at the 8450$ marker , this will be the next key level for bitcoin to break and close above on our daily chart/candle for us to see a bullish continuation ; While we can recommend securing a bit of profit here , our midterm trend remains quite bullish; overall, we just want to take some profits off the table and remain net-long for now.

- ETH getting outperformed today by bitcoin like the majority of other altcoins, however, this shouldn't be a concern given our weekly chart is still looking quite bullish. We have also identified a potential inverse head and shoulder forming on the weekly; as shown in the chart, a break of the neckline @ 0.027000₿ would confirm a long term trend reversal for ETH , this would additionally be bullish for the altcoin market as a whole.

-After seeing some great upside recently, ETH has now found some resistance at our 0.786 fib (226$~); while the trend is still bullish, this shouldn't be of concern. As indicated in the chart, we have some good support at the 185$-195$ range (structural support); a retrace back there would present a good buying opportunity (favorable trend). As for short term confirmations, a pivot above 226.50$ would likely trigger our next move up to our major resistance zone @280$-300$. While the trend is favorable, we recommend staying net long on ETH.

Bitcoin is still following our trend well, currently trading around 9000$ again; At the moment, the daily chart is still showing an aggressive bull market while shorter time frames are also looking quite bullish. We still want to be holding mostly bitcoin right now as alts are extremely vulnerable with this volatility; If bitcoin starts to rally towards our 10.5k resistance, altcoins are likely to suffer similarly to April-July 2019. As for BTC dominance, we are approaching the 67% level mentioned in the last update.
