- After seeing another strong move up today, BTC now faces some resistance at this trendline we mentioned in the previous update(9900$~). Although we are testing resistance, it doesn't mean we are bearish; price action is still quite bullish. Our support zone has moved up since the last update, the 8700$-8900$ zone should now act as good support in the scenario of a pullback. As illustrated in the chart, a break above 9900$ (trendline resistance) would suggest a bullish continuation towards our main resistance zone at 10500$.In general, we are still quite bullish as BTC is still on-trend on low and high time frames.

- Ethereum is still performing quite sluggish in comparison to bitcoin recently, this is mainly due to bitcoin dominance soaring over the last couple of weeks; this is having an apparent effect on the altcoin market as a whole. As shown in the chart, we bounced well from our support zone indicated in the last update(185$-195$). Right now, ETH bulls would need a break above resistance at the 215$-217$ zone ; this would likely trigger a major move up from ETH,however,while we remain below this level, we recommend remaining in Bitcoin.
Note: We believe a break above this resistance would also be beneficial to the entire altcoin market.
