- Bitcoin seeing a rapid move down earlier today after seeing a strong rejection from resistance at 9300$; this was also matched with a bearish daily candle close. As mentioned in the last few updates, we believe that bitcoins trend is reversing bearish, leading us to keep our leveraged short position open while also recommending to scale out of longs on spot(red ball); We still believe that BTC needs to see a high volume recovery above 9400$ (daily candle close above) to potentially reverse bullish, until then, we will recommend remaining short with an immediate target @8000$~ (0.618 fib). Take note that this would still be considered a healthy correction for bitcoin after seeing a strong move up from 3500$ (march low)

⁃ bitcoin has seen a slight recovery over the last 24hrs despite our “red ball” algo sell signal getting triggered, however, now testing some overhead resistance at 9200$-9300$. While intraday pricing may fluctuate heavily, it’s important to follow higher time frames and respect them; we believe that bitcoin has ended this recent uptrend(as shown in the chart/many coinciding factors). As mentioned in the previous post, bitcoin would need to see a daily close back above 9400$ to invalidate this bearish breakdown, until then, we can expect BTC to naturally retrace to our .618 fib (8000$).
