How deep is a rape?

you raped in an aggressive terroristic way —> lifetime / death sentence per default!

you raped the girl multiple times in the same day —> lifetime / death sentence per default!

you raped multiple girls —> lifetime / death sentence per default!

you tried to rape a girl —> 10 years per default

This is proper sentence, not the shit we are doing today

About finding the source of the problem: yes, this is not just an issue with the raper and victim, but there is much more behind that.
