Health "kungflu" update. Its now been 11 days since first having symptoms. It's been a week today since I've been able to taste or smell anything. The only way I can describe what I'm tasting and smelling is rotton meat/rusty metal/burnt metal.

It's weird.. and I can 100% say I've never had symptoms for this long after a flu. You terrain theory advocates can say what you like but the closest to me have all been ill with something as well. They've not had it as bad as me though.

Kungflu update. I have my taste back now but not fully, smell is at about 30%. I still have flem which is persistent (2 weeks now). I haven't done anything different, still eating what i usually do albeit I stopped eating as much when I couldn't taste/smell at all still taking regular Vit D, C and zinc as I usually do. All in all it was a weird flu.. terrain theory? Doesn't explain why so many people are getting the exact same symptoms but does explain why some get it worse than others. If the terrain is unhealthy then you'll probably suffer worse side effects.
