If you were perfectly well with no temperature, no runny nose, sore throat, or cough would you get tested for the flu? Of course not. So why are people without symptoms being tested for ´Coronavirus’? Answer: to inflate the number of ´cases’ given the high number of false +s.

He opens by saying that you can’t “catch” a virus because it’s not alive. He then goes on something about how viruses are produced within us because of the food we eat. That’s nonsense. He’s correct that viruses aren’t alive, but what they actually are are genetic material contained within an organic particle that invades living cells and uses their host's metabolic processes to produce a new generation of viral particles.His entire explanation is nonsense and defies any basic 7th-grade science textbook.

Anyway, clearly you can catch a virus. In fact my son had a minor cold over the weekend and I ended up getting it. This is easy anecdotal evidence which we have all experienced.

When it comes to healthy eating don't listen to people with a strong bias. For example don't listen to a vegan, don't listen to a carnivore. Life Is about balance. Both of those go against basic principles.
