- Vitamin B12
- Creatine
- Riboflavin & Folate
- Cholesterol
- Zinc
- Copper
- Bioavailable protein
- Carnitine

I have a friend who has lost 6 stone in a year not through any special diet no.. he eats whatever he wants. Simply through more excerise. He went from an office job to a gardening job and that's literally all it took. Move more!

I'm not sure food shortages will get as bad as some people assume... the ruling so called elite don't want to lose control and food shortages to the point where people are starving, stealing etc I don't think will happen. They need to maintain their control and the sheeples trust in government. Have emergency supplies by all means and be self sufficient as you can be.
