Android used to be a playground for power users. Now it’s a locked-down joke. Unlock the bootloader and apps break, features vanish, and you're treated like malware. No one’s getting hacked because of this it’s just bad engineering and anti-user policy.
UX gets worse every year. Bloat, ads, broken updates and no way to fix it.
Rooting? Bootloader unlock? Penalized.
We’re not users just revenue streams trapped in locked hardware.
OEMs can’t ship working software, and they’ve stopped pretending to care.

So this explains why Google didn't release device trees for Pixels and closed source other repositories too like Hardware Google Graphics with Android 16 release. Android will soon be over by next year 🥀

A lot of you are excited about EvoX and InfinityX, but almost every day it’s the same thing—“When release?”, “ETA?”, “Wen ROM?”, “Wen wen wen?” Guys, seriously, chill for a moment. @therealmharc is going through some real health issues right now—he's on chemotherapy, and that’s not something to take lightly.

The server he’s using is borrowed from a friend—it’s not fast enough for full-on stable releases, but it works for what he can manage. Still, you can’t expect top-tier releases under these conditions.

Some of you think being a dev is just sitting around and building ROMs for fun. It’s not. It takes time, energy, and resources. Not everyone here is donating, but people keep asking for faster development.

If you actually want to support the project MORE FASTER then donate. That helps more than just spamming “when.” We’re people too. We have our own lives, our own problems, and the world doesn’t revolve around making ROMs.
