- partial merge corin to main Raco.sh

- Investigate HamadaAI not switching to powersave when Screen is Off
- Add Notice about Run using SkiaVK & ANGLE "Some games might broken, Some might improve performance"
- [TEST] CPUFreq will use gradute CPU Increase to prevent the kernel from rejecting it
- Raco Identity Introduction
- Add silent mode (no notification)
- Drop both Ame & Zeta because EOL (Merge Zetamin)
- Update logic if HamadaAI is running then Slingshot is not available (Manual specific because WTF? Preload when program is run?!)

- Add support of HamadaAI background app detection incase User use floating window
