Hi - I'm not sure if this helps - but I needed to wipe my phone a few months ago and had to set up my 2FA on Google Authenticator for Lobstr again.
I re-downloaded Google Authenticator, but it was empty.
However, I had the 16 character key it gave me when I set up my original 2FA with Lobstr
I was then able to:
1) open Google Authenticator app
2) click on + symbol to add a new key (bottom right)
3) choose “Enter a setup key” (rather than “Scan a QR code”)
4) insert the account name (what you want to call it eg Lobstr)
5) type in the 16 character key & press add.
The 2FA for Lobstr was then listed as before:
If you don’t have your 16 character key, you might need to wait for Lobster customer support to get back to you, but I think they can help you with this. Yxx
