All countries are communicating with each other for how will their whole system for how it will work in the future for each individual country, how will each stablecoin works in each individual countries, what if each individual countries decide to use the like of cross border payments to create a functional system for the poor, basically a universal basic income type of money such as their own country with cbdc plus bank using XRP or xlm as a cross border settlement or to use blockchain to release escrow of each banks being locked up.
As said long ago XRP price was already agreed upon.
They are just creating another system within a stable coin system and their UBI, they are just preparing when it all happens in a sudden.
