if you disabled this, you basically have no zram
and it makes UI jitter on oos if you turn it off
oos consumes ram like there's no tomorrow.. just use this ffs

it goes to zram, not swapfile

- disabled vol leveler by default (except on movie profile)
- added more music apps to live alerts thing
- corrected some oplus overlay mounts
- fixed liveAlerts padding
- updated to latest oxy+ (hbm fixed)
- updated pif updater so that it no longer requires reboot (if u run pif-updater that is... but if u wanna reboot, no need to reboot 2x now... 1x is enough)
- fixed munch whatsapp loudspeaker call volume (edit: i guess not.. its random again)
