The accumulation is a scientific term, that means how much of the parameter stores in system in period of time.

مقداری پیاده روی
و مقدار بیشتری صحبت

با اینکه امروز خوب شروع نشد ولی در مجموع نمره ی خوبی به امروز میدم

نگران کارهای اداریم هستم ولی کاری از دستم برنمیاد بیشتر از این

صبح به خیر
به یکم خواب بی استرس نیاز داشتم
حس میکنم بدستش آوردم

اینکه خودم باید کاری رو انجام بدم خیلی کمتر برام استرس داره تا اینکه الان منتظرم یکی دیگه کارم رو جلو ببره
