Protests are helping everyone to have courage and stand together. Sorry it's not in English, but the caption says it all and the rest is evident. As you can see, the Police do stand down... Let's keep inviting them to do that.

I was feeling pretty low today but something inside me kept pushing me out the door to the protest march and I'm so glad I went!

We had a good turn out, energy was strong yet peaceful and the police were peasant but respectful.

Well done all those who lead and gave speeches and us all who attended.

It lifted my spirits 😊🤗😍✊✊✊
