For police to arrest/detain you there must be a crime committed (harm, loss, injury, breach of peace) and for there to be a crime there needs to be a victim. You cannot have a victimless crime.
The officer will need to have
1) A victim, 2) evidence of the offence, and 3) proven intent.
Without that he has no case to arrest you, that's why it would be kidnap. The only way you can contract in commercial law is by a legal entity bc a LIVING flesh/blood man/woman cannot contract with A DEAD CORPSE (Corp = dead, Oration = speaking) just like the living cannot see/speak to the dead.
That’s why they create the fiction for us at birth. We are representing the legal fiction when we agree to being that dead entity and transact as that. We assert ourselves as the natural man/woman and not the corporate identity given to us.
The Government are agents of the Crown, who swore an oath to protect the people and uphold the Constitutional Laws..... the police and other public servants are acting as an agent of the Crown.
We are a nation of sovereigns making us all equal under the common LAW (Constitution) and under Almighty God. This is the highest LAW of the land. Every man and woman are duty bound to uphold the COMMON sense LAWS: do not cause harm, loss, injury, commit fraud, or breach of the peace.
Any acts or statute passed by government must not infringe or interfere with these LAWS. That would be UNLAWFUL.
Example: The Coronavirus Act 2020 is UNLAWFUL POLICY since it prevents/restricts the freedom to exercise God given natural rights. This act is NOT LAW.
Police are in SERVICE as LAW enforcers to uphold the LAW; to prevent harm, loss, injury, fraud, and breach of the peace. They are sworn in under oath “to uphold the fundamental human rights… cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property…faithfully according to LAW”, not to uphold POLICY.
Therefore they are acting outside of their jurisdiction and are acting criminally for which a claim can be made for TRESPASS that will hold them personally LIABLE for the TRESSPASS and BREACH of LAW. Same applies to illegal fines for non mask wearing ....
ALWAYS BE ASKING “AS KING” AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR DETAILS - THEY NEED YOU TO GIVE THEM TO MAKE JOINDER WITH YOU. AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT COMMITTING A CRIME (cause harm injury loss fraud) THEY HAVE NO GROUNDS TO STOP YOU OR DETAIN YOU OR EXTORT MONEY FROM YOU.
