Please join your local groups if you are not already in one. Get connected for the rallies and network locally. The best thing to do is to set up your own local group. That way you have control of it. Even a small group of 5-10 trusted people can make more of a difference than the large groups where you do not know who is in them and socially engineering you or on the data collection bandwagon. You can plan and work out awareness campaigns in your areas, then if you wish, you can float your ideas in the larger groups but just one of you, the rest can stay quiet and under the radar.
