PSA: Apparently at some point telegram added a bunch of really detailed cache settings, including specific retention periods for dms/groups/channels, exceptions, and a maximum cache size. If your phone runs out of space a lot, or if telegram loads really slow, you can probably improve that in these settings without a lot of noticeable changes
