The Guardian would summarize the inquiry process that Loeb had described in his book:
"In Extraterrestrial, Loeb outlines an eventful three or so years that has involved a lot of talking. In the summer of 2018, almost a year after ‘Oumuamua was spotted, he began working on a scientific paper that attempted to explain its various peculiarities: its weird geometry, its luminosity, its lack of a cometary tail, the strange fact that it appeared to have accelerated away from the sun in a straight line, out of its orbit, somehow propelled. He’d already written a controversial article for Scientific American.
' I said we should consider the possibility of this being technological debris from other civilizations.' But now he more closely analyzed the available evidence. 'I approached this just like any other scientific anomaly. I rule out possibilities and whatever looks the most plausible is what I put out. That’s the way science is done. You just collect more evidence.' "
Loeb is saying that his hypothesis is entirely legitimate, and the scientific community should test it in the name of scientific inquiry and the pursuit of knowledge – rather than displaying cognitive dissonance and letting bias interfere with the scientific method.
Lee Billings of The Scientific American would interview Loeb in a piece published in early February, a follow up to criticism of his viral essay in December. Billings prompted Loeb by asking, “What is your message, exactly? I take it you’re talking about more than ‘Oumuamua.” To which, Loeb replied:

How a Harvard Professor Became the World’s Leading Alien Hunter

I just wanted to be left alone.
Pre-Covid, everything was going exactly how I wanted in my life, for the first time in a long time. I had been aware of the globalist agenda for many years, but after years of attempting to alert others, with some success, I had become disillusioned by how few were receptive to the seriousness of the message I was trying to convey. As a result, I had decided to focus on improving my own life, and by extension the lives of those close to me. Why waste my time trying to awaken people who were so blissfully happy to remain asleep?
And then "Covid" happened. As our ostensibly "free" societies descended at free fall speed into the worst kind of tyranny I'd ever experienced, with no sign of letting up any time soon, I realised how much was truly at stake.
All of a sudden, it seemed futile to spend the bulk of my time and energy trying to achieve material "success", so I could provide a decent life for my loved ones, as I witnessed what I once (naively) considered a free society transform into the kind of world even George Orwell would wince at, almost overnight. In order to truly provide a life worth living for my loved ones, the tyranny we all of a sudden found ourselves facing head on, would have to be addressed first.
My priorities changed overnight, and Wide Awake Media was born. Where before I would spend 15+ hours a day working on ways to improve my individual life, now I found myself spending those hours attempting to awaken as many people as possible to the further tyranny that was (and still is) heading our way. And I've continued to do that ever since.
All I wanted was to be left alone, to pursue life, liberty and happiness, unmolested. But alas: Unelected globalist megalomaniacs, with an insatiable thirst for ever more power and control, had different plans for us, and we've all been left with a very simple choice as a result:
Either bury our heads in the sand, and attempt to continue "business as usual", as the shackles around our necks tighten by the day, to the point that we find ourselves utterly and irreversibly subjugated and enslaved, or fight the tyranny head on, at whatever cost necessary, and stand some semblance of a chance at a free and prosperous future.
I know which choice I have made.

Biden Again Warns the US Could Fight Russia Directly If Congress Doesn’t Approve More Ukraine Aid
US officials claim Russia will look to invade NATO territory if it wins in Ukraine, a claim Putin has called 'nonsense'
President Biden on Friday called again for Congress to approve more spending on the war in Ukraine, claiming that if Russian President Vladimir Putin is successful in its war, it could risk pulling the US into a direct confrontation with Russia.
Biden made the comments in a statement on a Russian attack on Ukraine that was said to be the largest of the war. According to Ukrainian authorities, Russia fired over 150 missiles and drones across the country and killed 31 people.
Biden said Ukraine was able to intercept some missiles with US-provided air defenses and added that “unless Congress takes urgent action in the new year, we will not be able to continue sending the weapons and vital air defense systems Ukraine needs to protect its people.”
The president claimed that the stakes of the war extend beyond Ukraine to the US’s European NATO allies. “When dictators and autocrats are allowed to run roughshod in Europe, the risk rises that the United States gets pulled in directly,” he said.
Biden and other officials in his administration have been using this argument in their pitch to approve the over $60 billion they’re seeking to fund the proxy war in Ukraine for another year. The central claim is that if Putin wins in Ukraine, he will move into a NATO country next. But there’s no indication Russia wants a fight with the alliance, which could quickly spiral into nuclear war.
Putin recently responded to the claim, calling the idea that he has his eyes on NATO territory “nonsense.”

🇮🇱❗️: Nova Festival Survivors Sue Israeli State For Army Negligence
The lawsuit does not address evidence that Israeli forces killed many of the partygoers who died at the event through helicopter airstrikes
Forty two survivors of the Nova music festival in Re'im on 7 October have filed a lawsuit placing responsibility on the Israeli government for the tragic events of the festival, Israeli media reported on 1 January.
Some 42 survivors of the Nova music festival are seeking NIS 200 million ($55 million) in damages, blaming the state, the army, the police and the Shin Bet for their omissions and negligence in failing to protect them during the early morning Hamas attack in which 364 people attending the concert were killed and others injured.
The lawsuit blames the Israeli army for not having sufficient forces to adequately protect the concert, which took place very near the Gaza border and was organized with approval from senior army officials.
The lawsuit further blames the army for failing to notify concert organizers when signs of a possible Hamas attack emerged late the night before, on Friday 6 October.
Senior Shin Bet and army officials held two emergency meetings, one by phone around midnight on Friday night, and one in person at 3 am Saturday.
However, the officials failed to notify the concert organizers. Had they done so, the concert could have been evacuated before the Hamas attack took place, starting with a missile barrage launched into various settlements in southern Israel at 6:30 am Saturday morning.
"All the defendants had to do was make a phone call to the responsible parties on their behalf in order for them to disperse the party in view of the notifications received on the night between 6/10/23 - 7/10/23,” the lawyers filing the lawsuit on behalf of the victims said.
"The disaster could have been avoided at so many points in time," representatives for the survivors told Israeli media.

The lawsuit does not address evidence that Israeli forces killed many of the partygoers who died at the event through helicopter airstrikes
Forty two survivors of the Nova music festival in Re'im on 7 October have filed a lawsuit placing responsibility on the Israeli government for the tragic events of the festival, Israeli media reported on 1 January.
Some 42 survivors of the Nova music festival are seeking NIS 200 million ($55 million) in damages, blaming the state, the army, the police and the Shin Bet for their omissions and negligence in failing to protect them during the early morning Hamas attack in which 364 people attending the concert were killed and others injured.
The lawsuit blames the Israeli army for not having sufficient forces to adequately protect the concert, which took place very near the Gaza border and was organized with approval from senior army officials.
The lawsuit further blames the army for failing to notify concert organizers when signs of a possible Hamas attack emerged late the night before, on Friday 6 October.
Senior Shin Bet and army officials held two emergency meetings, one by phone around midnight on Friday night, and one in person at 3 am Saturday.
However, the officials failed to notify the concert organizers. Had they done so, the concert could have been evacuated before the Hamas attack took place, starting with a missile barrage launched into various settlements in southern Israel at 6:30 am Saturday morning.
"All the defendants had to do was make a phone call to the responsible parties on their behalf in order for them to disperse the party in view of the notifications received on the night between 6/10/23 - 7/10/23,” the lawyers filing the lawsuit on behalf of the victims said.
"The disaster could have been avoided at so many points in time," representatives for the survivors told Israeli media.

I have been writing a large piece on pizzagate. I just had a large chunk of my draft removed. like 5000 words. Across all draft revisions(the whole point of Substack's draft revision history is to fix things like this if it was due to an accidental deletion or technical error).
All mentions of Prince Andrew are gone, and Peter Nygard. Other lesser known figures. Not even sure everything whats missing. i was up to like 38 000 words i think i rememebr it last being. Went to go publish after working on it for hours today and saw the word count had dropped. The drafts from earlier today are gone bfore 3pm (had been working on it on and off for hours before that) .
Some stuff of the stuff didnt only get erased from the current draft, but from the copy draft i made yesterday. Thousands of words gone. Ive been working on this article on and off for weeks. HOURS and HOURs wasted. :(
Entire sections gone. certain names, some well known, some not, which were scatted throughout the article, gone. My revision history is missing the entrire section form this morning. And the revisions/drafts from yesterday got fucked with too. I was working on this article from 10am today, but the first revision draft on substack is at 2PM. Substack meticulously updates draft revisions by the minute.
I even made a duplicate copy of the SubstackInc draft yesterday, and somehow the data that got wiped from the operating draft, also got wiped from the backup.....
I guess when you are writing about the collaboration of intelligence agencies in an international sex trafficking ring, some things may go awry.
Love how after weeks of research and writing, when im ABOUT to go publish, literally was like looking at the embed preview image and minutes away from publishing, this happens.
Ive already contacted Substack for support, hoping maybe its a bug they can resolve. but i have a suspicion i wont be responded to. If it was just a bug not sure how it would have happened the way it did, in the manner it did. Praying im wrong. 🙏

Its funny because i noticed my old draft i started in November of latst year, when i revisited it a few weeks ago, was missing alot. I remember going and looking at the revision history and seeing this - andrew @ Substack had revised my draft. Why?
Why would Andrew @ substack be the author of a draft revision of my old document (which was missing alot of content as well, i just didnt make a big fuss out of it)....
This channel will be inactive for the next few days as I put my nose to the grindstone and try to recover the ground(both in research and writing it). I shouldnt have been writing this within substack's editor. I should have backed it up outside of Substack.
