"The shooting operation east of Qalqilya confirms that the resistance in the West Bank will continue despite the occupation's terrorism and its strict security measures.
The shooting that took place this morning in the village of Al-Funduq, east of Qalqilya, is a heroic response to the ongoing crimes and war of extermination committed by the occupation against our people in the Gaza Strip, the displacement plans in the occupied West Bank, and the aggression of the settlers, especially the Temple groups, against Al-Aqsa Mosque and the holy sites.
This operation represents a message to the extremist occupation government and its ministers that in the West Bank, Gaza, the occupied interior, and all of Palestine there is a free, proud, revolutionary people who will not give up their rights, and that the resistance will continue until the occupation is removed from all of our land.
We call for escalating the resistance, and for more clashes and painful operations in all areas within our occupied land, to make the occupier and its settlers lose security, and to thwart its malicious plans for annexation and displacement."

The Islamic Republic has yet to carry out its much-anticipated response to Israel’s attack against Iran in late October
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned that Tehran is fully prepared for any Israeli attack and that such an action could result in a “large-scale war.”
“We are fully prepared for the possibility of further Israeli attacks. I hope Israel will refrain from taking such reckless action, as it could lead to a large-scale war,” the foreign minister told Chinese state media outlet CCTV in an interview aired on 4 January.
Araghchi emphasized, however, that Iran seeks a “diplomatic approach” and will consult with its allies on the matter, including China.
“We believe that reason will ultimately prevail and prevent actions that could have serious consequences,” he added.
Israel launched a missile and drone attack on Iranian military sites in the provinces of Tehran, Khuzestan, and Ilam during the early hours of 26 October, killing four Iranian soldiers. Tehran reported limited damage to some sites and radar systems, while Israel described the attack as a total success.

Turkiye Vows 'Imminent Eradication' Of Kurdish Militias As Death Toll Skyrockets In North Syria
Ankara and its proxies are trying to establish control over the strategic Tishreen Dam in Aleppo governorate in fierce clashes against US-backed Kurdish forces
Turkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on 6 January that Kurdish militias in Syria will soon be driven out of the country and that Ankara will not agree to any policy allowing them to maintain a presence there.
Fidan said it was a “matter of time” before the Peoples Protection Unit (YPG) gets “eliminated,” stressing that it must lay down its weapons “as soon as possible.”
The YPG is the Syrian branch of Ankara’s sworn foe, the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK). The YPG is considered the backbone of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), Washington’s Kurdish proxy in Syria.
“Conditions in Syria have changed,” Fidan stated. “PKK’s empire of violence built over Kurdish people is on the verge of collapsing.”
The PKK, outlawed in Turkiye, has waged an armed campaign against Ankara since the 1980s.

"Think of Greenland as an open refrigerator door or thermostat for a warming world, and it's in a region that is warming four times faster than the rest of the globe, said New York University climate scientist David Holland.
Locked inside are valuable rare earth minerals needed for telecommunications, as well as uranium, billions of untapped barrels of oil and a vast supply of natural gas that used to be inaccessible but is becoming less so.
Many of the same minerals are currently being supplied mostly by China, so other countries such as the United States are interested, Dabelko said."
