昨天把Win11升级到24H2了，记录一下升级后遇到的问题及解决方法：
1. VSCode WSL连接超时失败
24H2的BBR2实现有问题，reset回CUBIC即可
2. 很多程序运行时会莫名其妙的卡死
Fresh Install会自动启用Smart App Control，关闭Smart App Control后性能恢复正常
