There is currently no easy way to check if a user is in the owners team. Thanks for the cool feature suggestion, though! ;)
A hacky workaround would involve performing a non-destructive operation which only owners are allowed to do. If the operation succeeds - the authenticated user is an owner.
For example, you could try editing the organization's settings by sending an empty JSON hash:
$ curl -v -X PATCH -d '{}' https://api.github.com/orgs/:org?access_token=TOKEN

я заметил, что хоть у меня 600 подписчиков, я не получаю по 600 просмотров под своими постами. Я не уверен намеренно это, либо так называемые "друзья" не смотрят посты. В любом случае, с меня хватит. Я составил бота для отслеживания людей, которые "забыли" посмотреть мои недавние посты. После двух последовательных страйков ваше имя автоматически выделяется, и мне приходит уведомление. Три страйка подряд и вы можете ожидать от меня личную встречу с последующей "консультацией". Думайте о своих поступках.
