Rep. Matt Gaetz is introducing an amendment to the House rules to allow C-SPAN to broadcast the normal proceedings, much like during the contentious House speaker vote last week.

Aides to President Biden have discovered a second trove of classified documents in a different location from the last set, a person familiar told NBC News.
