If you test the entire world for something none of them even have using a test that is 99% accurate, you will get 78 million false positives.
If 10% of those people then die from anything whatsoever, you will have 7.8 million deaths.
If you have a financial incentive from the government to list the cause of death as being due to a state sanctioned "virus" narrative, then that's what you will list them under, even if no such virus ever even existed.
Numbers are fun.
