Today AI can help designers in several ways: it can make design recommendations based on previous user interactions and preferences, it can help designers visualize their designs in real-world settings or it can automate repetitive tasks such as resizing images, cropping, color correction, or removing backgrounds.

Our Lead UX/UI Designer Artem has shared some of his favourite AI tools he uses for his inspiration:
• Discord — for inspiration and image generation
• Midjourney — for inspiration and image generation
• Chat GPT — to get answers about coding, to request a creative noscripts for images and also for fun

Save this selection to try tools yourself.
P.S. Some parts of this text were also generated by AI.

We would like to share one of our scientific articles summary published In the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry.

The “Novel Efficient Multistage Lead Optimization Pipeline Experimentally Validated for DYRK1B Selective Inhibitors” is dedicated to in silico Drug Design methods. It describes the novel pipeline developed by the Quantori team.

The abstract shows us that the drug discovery process has some challenges.
• The common one is finding the most suitable chemical compounds for future drugs in a time- and cost-effective way.
• The specific one is finding an inhibitor that can distinguish a molecular target from a similar one.

Quantori proposed a novel pipeline to define this DYRK1B-specific inhibitor in silico from a large set of candidates. The scientific team used molecular structure-based docking and ligand-based modeling. Quantori team designed the novel QSAR pipeline - an open-source multi-stage compound discovery algorithm.

This novel pipeline:
• Reduced the number of compounds to synthesize by 70%, which drastically saved the lab resources
• Addressed both potency and selectivity of the compounds for future drugs
• Helps solve the challenging DYRK1A/DYRK1B problem for chemotherapy against cancer
Can shorten the lead optimization effort by more than 300%
• Is not limited by this specific case and could be applied to other drug screening efforts.
