Sean is directing the Federal Railroad Administration to initiate a compliance review of 4.3 billion dollars for 2 projects associated with the high speed rail.
Californias high speed rail was sold to California voters as costing 33 Billion dollars and a completion date in 2020. The new cost estimates are almost 4 times that much costing tax payers 128 billion dollars.
