JUST IN - Zelensky says the $100 billion in U.S. aid to Ukraine was a grant, not a loan.
"We don't recognize Ukraine's $500 billion debt to the U.S.," Zelensky said. "I don't even recognize $100 billion. We agreed with Biden that it was a grant, not a debt."
Zelensky also said the frozen Russian assets are Ukraine's money. "Only our money, not our with partners' money," he stated.
He also said he would "immediately" quit as Ukraine's president in exchange for the country gaining NATO membership.
