Generally If Someone Blocks You, You need a Proper 2nd account to Check their Account. On Trying in Browser, Sign up or login page will popup that will keep opening instagram App forcefully (And in the App, its your account that is already Blocked), so u can't see anything properly.

But As stated in the Mod, You can get all the info of the Account who blocked You, All in App, It wont popup any login dialogs. Simple all Information. Info Amount depends on if the Account is Public or Private. 👌
