*Job Opportunity – Customer Support Representative (Beirut)*
We are looking for customer support staff on location at an office in Beirut. The company is in the field of Automotive Safety and Transportation Safety, and we have customers all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee compliance with guidelines and identify risks.
- Call and respond to customer issues with phone calls and emails.
- Accurately record information and data.
- Generate reports based on customer-related information.
- Communicate professionally in English with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of customer support experience (automotive background is a plus)
- Excellent analytical and English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Must be located in Beirut – remote work is not available
Compensation:
- Salary range: Starting $700/month in fresh dollars (based on experience and qualifications)
Shift options:
- AM Shift (06:00 AM – 02:30 PM)
- PM Shift (02:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
- ON Shift (10:00 PM – 06:00 AM)
