Responsibilities:
• Manual outreach and qualification based on agreed ICP
• Prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, or agreed channels
• Lead engagement, objection handling, and qualification
• Booking qualified meetings directly into the calendar
• CRM updates: lead status, notes, follow-ups, next steps
• Structured follow-up until prospects are meeting-ready
KPIs: Defined during onboarding (outreach, contact rate, qualified conversations, meetings booked).

💬 Customer Service Agent

💰 Salary: USD 600–700
Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and live chat
• Responding within SLAs and documenting interactions

• Accurate logging and tagging in CRM/helpdesk systems
