When driving a car you're able to take a turn effortlessly without thinking about what your hands are doing because you've internalised all mechanisms necessary. It's once been a conscious thing, you've gained competence and integrated it, now you're able to talk or listen to music with your eyes on the road and your hands and feet have the mapping down to the millimeter. Effortless driving.
Now remember the time when you first learned to drive. It's a lot at once. There was no reason to get anxious about it because with time, you figured it out just fine.
Trust that time and practice will ease you into being okay with ALL THAT AWARENESS.

Remember that when you're learning to drive there's
A) always a teacher next to you and
B) he will intervene before something happens until
C) you're capable to do it on your own.
On our life path, the teachers are always present, we just might not be able to recognize them in the relevant moment because of distorting phenomena that cloud our vision.

Find and eliminate the flaws in your principles. If you don't fix your pretermitted principles, you're never going to fix the smaller issues that arise from them. From a short-term perspective, fixing a broken principle may not seem as pressing because it's abstract and may therefore feel distant, diffuse and less "real". In the long run, suffering will keep on rising from it if it's not restored.

Transferred to a smaller scale, this can mean: The perseverance and well-being of a people, a society, a tribe is of greater significance than the desires of the singular member. Aims and development of one are only meaningful and impactful as long as they can be lined up with the trajectory and needs of the group.
Only then do individual wishes evolve into a tool to weave magic for the interdependent group organism, and only then can the group be a tool to weave magic for the individual.
To employ such a mindset of servitude, practice unconditional Love, directed at the people you meet and the phenomena that occur to you.

Apart from being a missionary, he fulfilled his duties as a statesman with respectful conduct towards the ruling authorities and acted as their counsel and spiritual director/chaplain.
In general, he had remarkable impact on political dynamics and facilitated peace and truce among the people under his influence.

In German-speaking alpine regions the fourth of July is dedicated to blessings that protect against tempests of all kinds.
In both evangelic and catholic tradition, the day of St. Ulrich is celebrated to pray for the protection of the church and its people. It is a high occasion in the Bishopric of Augsburg to this day.
Legend.
Ulrich offered the leftovers of his Thursday evening meal, a piece of meat, to an emissary on Friday morning to take with him as provision. When the emissary tried to report Ulrich’s sacrilegious transgression of the Friday precept to his master by showing him the piece of meat, it had turned into fish.

A friend DMed me his story about a “cancer” that he was diagnosed with
He noticed a tumor on his leg, and a tumor on his hip - he was told he had to get a biopsy, and do chemotherapy to get rid of them
He was watching people come out of the hospital, weighing up his decision to go ahead or not
Something was telling him that this was wrong … people going in to the hospital perfectly healthy, like he was (other than the lump) and coming out sick, with no hair and looking terrible
So he walked out; no treatment.
The doctor attempted to make him stay, but he didn’t.
Instead, they got a little bigger, and then he fasted for 3/4 days and they went down 70-80%.
Nothing happened to him at all, and it’s been 8 years since then.
He since moved countries to a healthier tropical spot and met many people who had similar stories - a diagnosis which “required chemo” to which they ignored and stayed healthy and dealt with the “cancer”.
Including one particular German man who was told he had 3 months to live by the doctors; so his dream was to move to this country, which he did as he thought he was dying - and nothing happened to him.
I share this as an exact retelling of his experience to give another perspective of chronic disease and allopathic treatments.
It is interesting that he felt uncomfortable sharing this publicly or not anonymously - because of the pushback he might get from other people for simply going against the mainstream medicine’s recommendations.
This shows the unscientific, emotional state of discussion and censorship about this topic that does not allow the best information to come through.
