I've read the whole thing, so BEAR WITH ME.

I'll give you some takeaways but I really think who's interested should read the whole thing as well. You'll gain a better understanding of how Russian propaganda works. I guarantee other content creators will be revealed in future investigations.

Defendants (Russian nationals and employees of Russia Today):
- Kostiantyn Kalashnikov ("Kostya")
- Elena Afanasyeva ("Lena")

They used various fake personas like "Eduard Grigoriann" often mistaking timezones, emails, etc. (it truly is hilarious)

Charges:
- Conspiracy to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
- Money laundering.
- Failure to register as foreign agents.

Russia Today, through these 2 employees, used an American company to fund american political commentators such as:
- Dave Rubin,
- Tim Pool,
- Benny Johnson,
- Lauren Southern,
and others.

None of them were made aware of Russia Today being the real funder.

In the document I could identify commentator 1 as Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report and commentator 2 as Tim Pool.
- While Dave Rubin asked repeatedly to have more information about who was funding this whole thing, Tim Pool apparently was good to go after just a call with "Eduard Grigoriann".
- Both received $100,000 per video episode.

All the money was channeled through shell companies abroad for a total of $9.7 million, of which $8.7 million went to 3 commentators alone (Dave Rubin, Tim Pool, I'm not sure who's the third)

The whole thing was described (to the commentators involved) as a new "INDIPENDENT MEDIA" project 🤣
