I went to a queer meetup in the nicer part of the city, i have never been there because i am so broke, there's no queer meetups in the blue collar (amphetamine abusing) region of my city, and it was so beautiful, there were so many beautiful studio appartments and 24 hour yoga gyms, so many beautiful cafes with so much taste, the streets were so clean you could eat out of them, all of the doors were unlocked
I enter the queer meetup, which smelled like cinnamon and coffee that wasn't folgers, and i sit down, and i felt so alienated, is this what the conquered of alexander felt like when standing next to him? Is this what the swarthy brown haired italians felt when the blonde aryan beasts of prey invaded europe?
They talk about trans people, they sideeye me talking about how much they used to hate them, in the past, but have now sat down and learned from trans folx, i can feel their (non-resentful) pity emanating, I am bad.
They pay for my dinner, which from their point of view was paying for the crumbs they spill when having a picnic in their beautiful gardens, but for me it was the most delicious and exquisite banquets i ever had.
