What's even the point of sending a Mig-29 to fight an F-35? Just bend over bro

BREAKING: Trump on Iran:
To the members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard, the armed forces, and all of the police, I say tonight that you must lay down your weapons and have complete immunity, or, in the alternative, face certain death.

BREAKING: Trump to Iranians:
When we are finished, take over your government — it will be yours to take.
This will probably be your only chance for generations.

>Never seen a society with many traitors like Nazi Germany. Even if you don't like Hitler you would never wish a crusader theocratic genocidal state like the USA to destroy streets, kill your friends and family. And yet the Germans cheer for allies. Nazi Germany has the right to defend it self!

Anticapitalist Surrealism 🚩🦾🔻
I feel like a lot of these comparisons gloss over the crucial context that most of the countries at war with Nazi Germany were attacked first by Germany, which had nothing to do with how Germany treated Jews
Its not a necessary condition for a state to engage in reckless warmongering for its citizens to resent it.
Foreign invasion is cheered for because the civil society tried every single method to make the regime give concessions to its people. The reformists were once the hope of Iranians for liberation. Now they're all in jails or in exile. Democratic participation failed to enact meaningful change and each time, the state responded with more violence to suppress our demands.
No sane populace advocates for the extreme option unless all it has exhausted every incremental one.
Revolution is not romantic and foreign invasion is not naive fantasy; both are admissions of systemic failure. When institutional channels are structurally blocked, when dissent is criminalised, when participation becomes performance rather than power, the range of imaginable futures narrows.
In such conditions, endorsement of external force is less of an ideological commitment rather than a signal of utter despair. It doesn't reflect bloodlust, but a conclusion, that the state has rendered itself impermeable to internal correction.
We did not arrive at that conclusion lightly. We arrived there after cycles of hope, repression, adaptation and further repression, until even risking your own death becomes more rational than letting the system continue.

Just like Palestinians, Iranians have the right to defend themselves from their occupying government with any allies they prefer.

Reminder that just 8 months ago, the majority reaction to Israels attack was nationalism and support of the state efforts to fight Israel.
You would have an easier time understanding how much public adversity towards the state has intensified since then.
