Among the types of Allaah’s protection of His servant in matters of religion is that a person may pursue some worldly cause such as a position of authority, trade, or anything similar yet Allaah turns him away from what he intended because He knows that his well-being lies elsewhere, even though the person does not realize it and dislikes being prevented from it.

Ibn Masʿūd said:

“A servant may resolve to undertake a matter of trade or leadership until it is made easy for him, and then Allaah looks at him and says to the angels:

‘Turn it away from him, for if I make it easy for him I will admit him into the Fire.

’ So Allaah turns it away from him, and he remains blaming others, saying: ‘So-and-so beat me to it, so-and-so outwitted me,’ while in reality it is nothing but the grace of Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic.”

Shaykh Al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

Allaah the Exalted said: “Indeed, My servants you have no authority over them, except those who follow you of the deviant.”

And He said: “Indeed, he has no authority over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord.

His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allaah.”


So He made it clear that Shatan’s authority and his misguidance apply only to those who are not sincere. For this reason, He said in the story of Yusuf: “Thus We averted from him evil and immorality. Indeed, he was one of Our sincere servants.”

When a believer commits a sin, its punishment may be removed from him by ten causes:

1) That he repents, and Allaah accepts his repentance, for “the one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin.”


2) Or he seeks forgiveness, and Allaah forgives him.


3) Or he performs good deeds that erase it, for “indeed, good deeds erase bad deeds.”


4) Or his believing brothers supplicate for him and seek forgiveness for him, in his life and after his death.


5) Or they gift him some of the reward of their deeds, from which Allah benefits him.


6. Or his Prophet Muhammad ((ﷺ)) intercedes for him.


7) Or Allaah tests him in this world with trials that expiate his sins.


8) Or He tests him in the Barzakh with the shock (of the grave), by which his sins are expiated.

9) Or He tests him on the plains of the Day of Resurrection with its terrors, which expiate for him.


10. Or the Most Merciful of the merciful shows him mercy.


So whoever misses out on these ten causes should not blame anyone but himself, as Allaah Transcendent is He said in what His Messenger ((ﷺ)) narrates from Him:

“O My servants, it is but your deeds that I enumerate for you, then I recompense you for them. So whoever finds good, let him praise Allaah; and whoever finds other than that, let him blame no one but himself.”

They are the people of knowledge of Allaah and His commands, those who are sincere to Allaah, His Book, His Messenger, and His creation.


2.)Those whose companionship is like medicine needed only at times of illness. They are those whose company one cannot avoid for the necessities of livelihood.


3.) Those whose companionship is like a disease associating with them brings harm, whether religious or worldly.


4.)Those whose companionship is total destruction and how many people fall under this category! They are the people of innovation and misguidance.

As for the book Zaghal Al-Da‘wah, I have not looked into it.

But its author, Muhammad Ba Musa, is a Hizbee(Partisan], barmaki corrupt, and ruined.

Knowledge is not to be taken from such people, nor should their books be benefited from.

Rather, one should benefit from the books of the truthful and sincere advisors of Ahlu-Sunnah .

And praise be to Allaah, Lord of the worlds.

📝Some Of The Qualities And Merits Of The People Of Faith [Iman]]

“And Allaah will grant the believers a great reward.” ( An-Nisa:146)

“Indeed, Allaah defends those who believe.” ( Al-Hajj:38)

▫️The Supplication For Forgiveness By the Bearers Of The Throne:👇🏿

“Those who carry the Throne and those around it exalt [Allah] with praise of their Lord and believe in Him and ask forgiveness for those who believe.” ( Ghafir:7)

▫️Allaah’s Guardianship Over Them And None Is Humiliated Whom Allaah Protects:👇🏿

“Allaah is the Protector of those who believe.” (Al-Baqarah:257)

▫️His Command To The Angels To Strengthen Them:👇🏿

“[Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, ‘I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed.’” (Qur’an 8:12)

▫️ That They Have Ranks With Their Lord, As Well As Forgiveness And Noble Provision.

▫️ Honor:👇🏿

“And to Allaah belongs honor, and to His Messenger, and to the believers.” ( Al- Munafiqun:8)

▫️ Allah’s companionship with the believers:👇🏿

“And indeed, Allaah is with the believers.” ( Al-Anfaal:19)

▫️ Elevation In This World And The Next:👇🏿

“Allaah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, in degrees.”

( Al-Mujadilah:11)

▫️ He grants them a double share of His mercy, gives them a light by which they walk, and forgives their sins.👇🏿

▫️ The Love That He Places For Them That He loves Them And Endears them to His Angels, His prophets, and His righteous Servants..👇🏿

▫️ Their safety from fear on the Day when fear is most severe.👇🏿


“So whoever believes and reforms no fear will be upon them, nor will they grieve.” ( Al-An'am:48)

▫️ That they are the ones blessed by Allaah, whose path we are commanded to ask Him to guide us to seventeen times every day and night..👇🏿

“Say, ‘It is, for those who believe, guidance and healing. But those who do not believe in their ears is deafness, and it is upon them blindness.

Let Us Not Be Heedless Of Supplication [Dua]

“So, servants of Allaah, we must not be heedless [neglectful] of making [Dua] supplication.

Allaah says: ‘Call upon Me; I will respond to you.

[Ghafir:{60}

Do you mock supplication and belittle it, while you do not know what supplication can accomplish?

The arrows of the night never miss, but they have an appointed time, and every appointed time has its end especially during the times when supplication is answered: in prostration; between the call to prayer and the commencement of prayer; during the last hour of Friday; in the middle of the night; and in the final third of the night.

All of these are times of acceptance, by the permission of Allaah, Glorified and Exalted.
So let us, O servants of Allaah, turn to this great act of worship, through which Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic, lifts affliction from us and from all the Muslims.”

Weak and Fabricated Hadiths About the Virtues of the Month of Rajab👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿

▪️1) Hadith:

“O Allaah, bless us in Rajab and Sha‘ban, and let us reach Ramadan.”
Narrated by Ahmad and al-Tabarani in al-Awsat.

Al-Haythamee said: It was narrated by Al-Bazzar, and in its chain is Zā’idah ibn Abī al-Raqqād.

Al-Bukhari said: He is munkar Al-hadith (his narrations are rejected), and a number of scholars declared him unknown.

It was also weakened by al-Nawawi in al-Adhkār, and by al-Dhahabi in al-Mīzān 3/96 (Dar al-Kutub al-‘Ilmiyyah edition, 1995).


▪️2) Hadith:

“The virtue of the month of Rajab over other months is like the virtue of the Qur’an over all other speech.”

Ibn Hajar said: It is fabricated.

▪️ 3) Hadith:
“Rajab is the month of Allaah, Sha‘ban is my month, and Ramadan is the month of my Ummah.”

Narrated by Al-Daylami and others from Anas as a marfū‘ report.

Ibn Al-Jawzee mentioned it in Al-Mawḍū‘āt through numerous chains, and likewise al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar in Tabyīn al-‘Ajab fī mā warada fī Rajab.

“Do not neglect the first Friday night of Rajab, for it is a night the angels call al-Raghā’ib…” and the fabricated hadith is mentioned in full.

▪️5) Hadith:
“Rajab is a great month in which Allaah multiplies good deeds. Whoever fasts one day of Rajab, it is as if he fasted a year; whoever fasts seven days, seven gates of Hell are closed for him; whoever fasts eight days, eight gates of Paradise are opened for him; whoever fasts ten days, he does not ask Allah for anything except that He gives it to him; whoever fasts fifteen days, a caller from the heavens calls out: ‘You have been forgiven for what has passed, so begin your deeds anew.’ Whoever increases, Allaah increases for him.

In Rajab, Allaah carried Noah in the Ark, so he fasted Rajab and ordered those with him to fast; it sailed for seven months, the last of which was the Day of ‘Ashura.

He disembarked upon Mount Judi, so Noah and those with him, and the beasts, fasted in gratitude to Allaah. On the Day of ‘Ashura Allaah split the sea for the Children of Israel; on it Allaah accepted Adam’s repentance, and the repentance of the people of Yunus; and on it Ibrahim was born.”

Imam al-Dhahabi said: This is false, and its chain is extremely obscure.

Al-Haythamee said:

It was narrated by al-Tabarani in Al-Kabir, and in it is ‘Abd al-Ghafur, who is abandoned (matrūk).

▪️6) All hadiths concerning Ṣalāt al-Raghā’ib on the first Friday night of Rajab are lies fabricated against the Messenger of Allah ((ﷺ))

And every hadith mentioning fasting Rajab or praying on certain nights of it is a lie and a fabrication.

And the hadith: “Whoever prays twenty rak‘ahs after Maghrib on the first night of Rajab will cross the Sirat without impurity.”

And the hadith: “Whoever fasts one day of Rajab and prays two rak‘ahs, reciting in each rak‘ah one hundred times Ayat al-Kursi, and in the second one hundred times ‘Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad’, will not die until he sees his seat in Paradise.”

And the hadiths: “Whoever fasts such-and-such days of Rajab…”

Imam Abu ‘Abd Allah ibn Abi Bakr al-Zar‘i (d. 691 AH) said: All of them are lies and fabrications with varying wordings.

▪️7) Hadith:
“Whoever fasts three days of a sacred monthThursday, Friday, and Saturday Allaah will record for him the worship of nine hundred years.”
In another wording: “sixty years.”

Narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Awsat 2/219 (Dar al-Haramayn, 1415 AH). He said: This hadith was not narrated from Maslamah except by Ya‘qub, and Muhammad ibn Yahya was alone in narrating it.

Al-Haythami said: It was narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Awsat from Ya‘qub ibn Musa al-Madani from Maslamah. Ya‘qub is unknown, and Maslamah is Ibn Rashid al-Hamani; Hatim said about him: His hadiths are inconsistent, and al-Azdi said in al-Du‘afā’: He is not to be relied upon.

Ibn Al-Jawzee ruled it inauthentic in al-‘Ilal al-Mutanāhiyah 2/554 (Dar al-Kutub al-‘Ilmiyyah, 1403 AH).


▪️8) Hadith:
“Fasting the first day of Rajab is an expiation for three years, the second day an expiation for two years, then each day an expiation for one month.”

📒 See: Fayḍ al-Qadīr by al-Manawi 4/210 (al-Maktabah al-Tijāriyyah al-Kubrā, 1356 AH).


▪️9) Al-‘Ajlūni (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Among the fabricated hadiths are those concerning the virtue of the first Friday night of Rajab and the invented prayer performed on it, known as Ṣalāt al-Raghā’ib.

It has not been established in the Sunnah, nor by the Imams of hadith.

▪️10) Al-Hafidh Abu ‘Abd Allaah Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Dimashqi (d. 691 AH) said:
Every hadith concerning fasting Rajab or praying on certain nights of it is a lie and a fabrication, such as the hadith: “Whoever prays twenty rak‘ahs after Maghrib on the first night of Rajab will cross the Sirat without impurity.”
