yeah absolutely, he even broke his own record a few times. he mastered it so that's why it looks easy. i wouldn't say it's pretty hard or unplayable. at first it may be complex but as you progress it gets better. it's standard to me personally and it has a dynamic difficulty system, which makes it more enjoyable personally.
